REFUND POLICY
At Little Gigglers World, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at gigglersworld@gmail.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
It is important to note the following:
- You are responsible for paying the return postage.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) deliveries will not be accepted.
- Little Gigglers World is not responsible for items that are not received.
We recommend using an insured mail service such as Purolator or Canada Post to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit in your original form of payment.
